How do you remove it in Horizon?

In Horizon, the line is plain text shown by the Price block's Tax information setting, which Horizon 4.3.0's default product template turns on.

1. Go to Online Store and click Edit theme.
2. Switch the template to Default product.
3. Select the Price block, turn off Tax information and click Save.

Repeat this for any other product template or Featured product section whose Price block has Tax information on.

The toggle also hides "Taxes included." where your prices include tax, since the Price block shows both lines under it. The cart keeps its own line.

Skip the Help Center's "shipping policy html" route: in the Horizon 4.3.0 code we read, only translation files contain that text.

How do you remove it in Dawn and similar free themes?

Shopify says free themes downloaded after November 2018 link your shipping policy from product pages once you've added it.

1. Go to Online Store, click … on your theme and select Edit default theme content.
2. Open the Products tab, or search shipping policy html.
3. Replace the Shipping policy html contents with a single space, then click Save.

"Taxes included." is separate Dawn text and stays, and so does the cart's own line. The editor changes your default language only.

Should you rewrite the line instead of hiding it?

Shopify says the policy link communicates additional costs or shipping conditions. With free shipping and no conditions to flag, hide the line; otherwise rewrite the text in Edit default theme content (in Horizon, keep Tax information on and edit the field whose text is exactly "Shipping calculated at checkout.").

In the Dawn 16.0.0 and Horizon 4.3.0 code we read, deleting the shipping policy hides the line on product pages, but the cart still says shipping is calculated at checkout, without a policy link. Here's where customers see your policies.
