I'm a developer who works with the Shopify e-commerce platform every day. This blog covers Shopify the way merchants actually need it covered — clearly, with context, and grounded in what works in real stores rather than marketing copy.
Before Shopify became the focus, I spent roughly five years as a copywriter on the Advego content exchange. Producing thousands of pieces across very different niches taught me how to research a topic quickly, structure information so it's easy to scan, and explain technical things in plain language — habits that still shape every article published here.
Since 2017, I've been building Shopify storefronts: custom Liquid themes, Core Web Vitals work, and third-party app integrations.
